Michelle talked with Jim today. Apparently the student database is broken and he has requested help from the parent company to fix it. In the mean time, before making an ID, ask if this is their first one. If it is their first one, you need to call Jim x8471 , give him the student id # and he will manually add the student into the database so we can take the photo and print the ID. The camera connection problem is a separate issue that he will address once the database issue is fixed. Just keep trying to reconnect the camera. If you have questions ask Jim or Michelle.
