Program Plan data

As of this year, I'm changing the way we report our data on the program plan. Rather than doing a fiscal year at a time, it will be semester by semester. This will allow us to report our most current data--and this year, that's a big help!! So, when the plan for this year is finalized, you'll see information from Spring 08-Fall 09. Summer won't be reported separately. Instead, Spring will be January through June and Fall will be July through December.

What does this mean to you?

Well, we need to be cognizant of how we're tracking statistics so that it's easily separated into these two semesters. Right now, a lot of our data is done monthly (that's great!), but to make pulling the program plan together even smoother, I'd like there to be a tally based on these two semesters as well. Please start to think about how we could tweak the spreadsheets to automatically do these tallies and also make it easy to find.
